FUELKING INDIA LLP is a technology-driven energy logistics startup enabling safe, compliant, and on-demand doorstep delivery of diesel across Northeast India using PESO-approved Bowser Refuellers. Headquartered in Guwahati, Assam, we address the critical last-mile fuel gap in a region marked by low retail outlet density, challenging terrain, and high diesel demand from infrastructure, agriculture, mining, and MSME sectors. Leveraging the Government of India’s Gazette Notification permitting doorstep diesel delivery, we deploy GPS-enabled, geo-fenced, and tamper-proof Bowser Refuellers of 3KL and 6KL capacity to supply metered diesel from 100 litres to 6,000 litres in a single trip. Our digital platform enables app-based ordering, real-time tracking, automated billing, and consumption analytics — eliminating unsafe jerrycan transport, pilferage, and operational downtime for customers. We solve a pressing problem: current OMC bulk supply mandates 12KL MOQ, while remote projects, farms, hospitals, and industries need smaller, frequent, compliant deliveries. FUELKING bridges this gap while ensuring 100% PESO compliance and reducing customer fuel procurement costs by 15-20%. Our asset-light, scalable model will launch with 5 Bowsers in Assam and expand to 25+ units across all 7 Northeastern states, capitalizing on Rs 3+ lakh crore of ongoing infra projects under Bharatmala, PM Gati Shakti, and Act East Policy. Revenue is generated through OMC retail margins, delivery fees, and aggregator incentives. As one of the first organized doorstep diesel players in Northeast India, FUELKING INDIA LLP combines regulatory compliance, technology, and logistics to unlock an underserved, high-growth market while advancing the Government’s vision of ease of doing business and energy access.
