Sports should operate in two principals together for it to outshine, i.e., Development [ISDF] & Commercial [FSE]. FOUNDATION – Year 1< ISDF– FOC sports training to class 1 children (5-6age) from grade C and lower schools, Sports-R&D would determine every child’s sports ability. (by raising funds from Corporates through CSR as per MCA Norms). FSE – to build and promote ‘Sporette’ by providing high quality sports apparels, goods and equipment’s. Secondly, setup custom sports apparels ecommerce. BEGINNERS – Year 5< ISDF – approach corporate to set-up a sports infrastructure for all the partner schools (acknowledging a community i.e., every 5-7 Sqkms area to have all different available sports infra, to be used FOC by students. FSE – To work with schools by using the infra as a club-based mechanism to generate revenue for sustainability. The cost includes payment to coaches, support staff, students, equipment’s, upkeep etc… furthermore strengthening Sporette Products in retail and online sales. AIM: to build sports value at the very school which would lead in raising funds for sports development and sector itself through CSR, Sponsorships, endorsements, partnerships for helping the athletes, schools and clubs. Product Improvement: Reinventing wheel, School Sports Services powered by corporates Service & Process Innovation: FOC High quality training powered by corporates, while children through school purchase equipment’s giving raise to increased demand towards the sports manufacturing sector Employment Generation: Opening the doors for sports science, professional sports coaching, and slowly field 16-17 years youth to take up sports coaching (as part time jobs – paid session wise).
