We are to carry on carry on the business of offering certifications/ diploma/ degree programs in association with Indian and Foreign premium universities, setting up of centre for excellence on various technology at different school, colleges and universities, offering the train the trainers program, carry on the business of Computer Hardware and Software training in India and abroad either directly or through franchisees, manufacturing and producing, designing, processing, preparing, buying, selling, importing, exporting, developing, assembling, labouring, improving, trading, or otherwise dealing in and acting as commission agents and distributors for Computers, its components and accessories, printers, VDUs, disc drives, CRT terminals, and other allied items and all kinds and varieties of electronics, electrical and mechanical industrial accounting and business machines, data processors, microwave devices, electronic typewriters, electronic carlocking and door-locking systems, cordless electronic telephone systems and other similar equipment.
