One of a Kind Self contained food and entertainment unit that would have different elements for every individual who enters the facility. I Have About twenty seven years of Experience in this line. My Experience and Hard work are the guarantee for making this project a successful one. Me with my two young graduate sons want to start this Business project But I Don’t have sufficient funds to invest in the business project. If through start up India we could get this help of funds then this project will not only provide me a regular way of income but will also provide employment to 200 to 250 people. About this Unit: . We are looking to Build this unit in Faridabad (Delhi NCR) . In our unit there will be food and beverages and selling and purchasing of necessary items for the people, For Health there will be Gym and yoga classes and related herbal healthy and protein food and juices. . For People Interested in games and sports there will be facilities for the same as well. . And beautiful place Indoor and Outdoor for All types of parties for people ranging from 100 to 1000. . It will be a place for family with full entertainment, shopping and playing games. And will be a place to come a visit with family and friends with all the facilities and safety. More details About the Unit: . We will take 2 acres of land on lease for Nine years a little out from the city near national highway . This land will be divided into 4 parts . On one side of this place there will be a vegetarian restaurant and, in this restaurant, there will be live kitchens for various famous specialty of different states of India and the decoration of these different areas will be according to the states. . Alongside this restaurant there will be a transparent market which will sell all the genuine and good quality products. . Products Such as: - Electronics, Toys and Normal toys, Imitation Jewelry with unique and latest designs, Ladies and gents trending and Unique clothes of best quality, shoes, clothes for children, Handcraft items, Interior Decoration items etc. . And after this market there will be a Non-vegetarian Restaurant. The design idea of this restaurant will be same as the vegetarian restaurant. . After this restaurant there will be place of Any and all type of parties. And a place for games for children and adults both, and place for gym and yoga, bar etc will be build in the rest of the place. . In front of the unit there will be a drive thru: in Which The people who doesn’t want to sit and dine can drive thru and give their order from one window and pay at one window and collect there take away order from the final window and leave. . One side of this Unit will also provide Food to poor people who are not able to afford it. . How will it be provided: - In the morning 8 to 11 am breakfast, afternoon 12 to 4 Pm Lunch and in evening from 5 to 7 Pm snacks and dinner from 8 pm to 11 pm. (note: - There will be 4 shifts in between 8 am to 11 pm for food. All the extra food left will be given to the poor and needy keeping in mind that it is fresh and clean. A day’s leftover will not be served to any customer the next day) The material to be used in building this Unit: - This Unit will not be built with any bricks, cement or concrete. We want to make this unit fire, rain and rust Free, for which we will use steel sheets to build the structure of this unit and decorations and painting will be done according the taste of the place. Note: This whole Unit will be portable and movable, and could be shifted to any other place without any damage. 1. We will plant on grid solar plant in this unit. 2. We will also make recycle water treatment plant in our unit. 3. All the waste will be used in making composed through the plant. Funds Required: We will be requiring about 2 crores of fund to establish this unit.
