About Gadgeon Medical Systems Private LimitedGadgeon Medical Systems Private Limited (GMS) is a Digital healthcare technology company headquartered in Kochi with a PAN India presence. The Co. was incorporated in 2018 under The Companies Act, 2013. Initially incubated as a vertical of Gadgeon Smart Systems Private Limited, an IoT Product Engineering company, the Co. commenced the commercial operation in 2018. To better focus on achieving the Mission and Goals outlined in the roadmap as well as implementing full-fledged commercial operation, the business vertical was spun off into a separate company, Gadgeon Medical Systems Private Limited in 2020. We at GMS are ardent believers in India's ability to have the best digitally enabled healthcare system that is very affordable and inclusive in the near future. Our vision and strategy are well aligned with the digital transformation in healthcare that is unfolding at a rapid pace in India. GMS has successfully established itself as a leading player in digital diagnostics in cardiovascular space. WebCardio Ambulatory cardiac monitoring is the first solution built on our digital healthcare platform and its part of ambitious roadmap for digital diagnostics and Digital Therapeutics using lot, cloud and Al. Already it has been very successful in bringing a large number of Doctors and hospitals into the platform and is starting point of our journey to deliver more and more services through the platform.
