Ganga Medical AI Private Limited is a medical device company developing indigenously engineered surgical navigation and robotic assistance platforms for orthopaedic, spine, neuro, cranial, ENT, and maxillofacial surgical specialties. Precision surgical care in India depends almost entirely on imported navigation and robotic systems; expensive, closed-ecosystem platforms incompatible with Indian clinical environments and locked to specific implant manufacturers and imaging modalities. This creates a critical access and affordability gap across Indian hospitals. Ganga Medical AI resolves this through a platform built on three foundational principles: implant-agnostic (compatible with any manufacturer's instruments and implants), imaging-agnostic (functional with or without CT or fluoroscopy, including fully imageless workflows), and surgeon-centric (designed around Indian clinical workflows, not imposed upon them). The platform covers the full surgical continuum: pre-operative planning, intra-operative navigation and robotic assistance, real-time patient monitoring including monitoring, and surgical simulation and training, in a single modular architecture that reduces dependence on multiple imported devices and lowers the total cost of precision surgical care. Technology development is carried out across various domains, with proprietary know-how across imageless navigation methods, implant-agnostic calibration frameworks, and AI-assisted anatomical analysis. The company's work is aligned with Make in India, the National Medical Devices Policy 2023, and the National Deep Tech Startup Policy, building a strategic domestic capability where India currently has limited indigenous offering.
