The Company aims to bring a sustainable & scalable solution to this disorganization in the market by acting as a long-term maintenance partner to all types of infrastructure & as a long-term career partner for the service professionals. Currently, any infrastructure throughout its lifecycle needs to interact with at least 11 different types of service professionals which is a big hassle right from identifying the right vendors for the job to getting a quality work done within time. We make this process simple & efficient with the help of technology. Any maintenance subscription or interior execution project fed into our central management system (CMS) is broken into service level leads. The system then identifies the best-suited vendor through our algorithm & assigns the job which is then tracked in real-time via our vendor app interface. Relying on automation here not only helps in achieving superior service delivery but also maximizes the income per vendor while reducing their unproductive travel time by 35% and maintaining standardization in prices & SOPs. Thus, overall creating a balance between supply & demand. On the vendor management side, we have special soft & hard skill programs, cross-training to boost efficiency & formal evaluation metrics to maintain continually train and improve their performance.
