Gau Klp Farms Private Limited is a startup working on a unique concept by the production of Jamboo Flavoured Ghee. With the growing trend of health and wellness consumers are increasingly seeking natural and wholesome food options. This flavored ghee is made with a unique Uttarakhandi Spice called as Jamboo. It is an important herb with considerable therapeutic potential in the Himalayan states of India, primarily in Uttarakhand. This Spice is traditionally used to stimulate appetite, improve digestion, relieve stress, alleviates cold and cough and is also used to provide a unique taste and flavour to the dishes. Jamboo possesses various medicinal properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti- microbial and Anxiolytic properties. This Flavoured Ghee infuses a strong aroma to the dish and adds interest and elevates the taste of various dishes. The Flavoured Ghee is suitable for all body types and can be consumed by people of all age groups. This Ghee is believed to be more nutritious and flavourful as compared to Traditional Ghee and is known for its potential health benefits, including improving digestion, helps reduce cholesterol, protects heart, and is also helpful in digestion, fights against diabetes as well.
