I would like to submit that we the “GAURI WELFARE SOCIETY” is the registered NGO (Non Government Organisation) and also registered with Government of India at NGO Darpan, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Goods and Services Tax India (GST) and Income Tax Department (PAN Card). 2. We have taken oath to bring the “CLEAN AND GREEN” environment in the interest of children and environment by carrying out “TREE PLANTATION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT” mission. 3. We has been well thought of both in its philosophy & methodology to bring about a radical change and stimulating growth and development to the society/children Linguistic, Physical, Socio-emotional, Cognitive and Creative areas by new innovative concepts and techniques. Today when there is cut-throat competition, massive challenges and ever changing scenarios, we strive to work towards shaping a confident and be-fitting generation. 4. The “GAURI WELFARE SOCIETY” founded and managed by distinguished members and luminaries of the society, culled from all walks of life, the organization and its member on the path of progress with their visionary approach & lofty ideals. This in essence is its goal, its strategy and its mission. 5. For doing “STARTUP”, in “TREE PLANTATION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT” we are in need of the TREES FOR PLANTATION OR grant/funds and for the purpose presentation and its solutions is enclosed with a earnest request to allot grant/funds to the “GAURI WELFARE SOCIETY” for “CLEAN AND GREEN ENVIRONMENT”. 6. Your contribution in providing trees or funding will save the health of the growing up children and human being and in long go save the environment also.
