Established in 2016, Ghantoji Corporate Solutions LLP (GCS) Offers corporate secretarial services to a diverse range of business. We operate in a highly dynamic and stimulating environment. With changing laws and regulations, companies are kept on their toes to make sure they are compliant, and their business interests are protected. Companies are required to obtain a number of licenses, certificates and approvals from several regulatory authorities, all the time. As a result, there is a compelling need for robust control mechanism that guarantee compliance. Our legal and advisory services play a significant role in facilitating and implementing practices that not only meet the challenges of the laws but also simplify their journey towards regulatory compliance.
