Gheun Tak Private Limited is a company incorporated to own, build, manage and operate Food & Beverage concepts as a Service - Restaurants, cafes, event catering, etc. The company's vision is to represent Indian cuisines and under-represented Indian cuisines from farther expanse of the Indian subcontinent and present it in a contemporary manner to suit a global audience. We intend to launch in India and eventually expand our brands overseas in key Indian gateway cities (sizeable Indian diaspora) to further cement Indian cuisine and heritage as its soft power. The company is founded by a renowned chef from Goa and, a chef-turned-strategist with a culinary/hospitality background. The founders are graduates of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Delhi - India's foremost hospitality training institutes and one of these founders is also a Sloan Fellow (MSc in Leadership and Strategy) from London Business School, consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 institutes for business studies. The founders have a combined experience of more than 60 years in hospitality industry across India, USA, UK and other regions of the world - signifying professionalism, highest governance standards and ethical and sustainable practices.
