The aspirants get trained by the verified professionals via digital platform in their respective areas of career plans through various sessions. Interviews Once the users complete training sessions, they will be interviewed in various sessions. This may take several sessions for all the aspirants to be interviewed. These interviews prepare the newbies to be capable of cracking any interviews from the reputed organization's. The interviews not only prepare them to overcome fear but allow them to be more confident in their respective careers. These sessions would be followed by real time work experience Team Formation – Demo Project 1 After the candidates fulfil the requirements and are considered to be ready for the existing corporate competition they would be teamed with several other individuals and a guide. As such, various teams are formed and are allotted with a demo project. The project, under the guidance of the team leader, would be completed in a specific time as per the requirements of the project assigned. This gives them real time experience of corporate sector and enable them to collaborate with the team in completing the assigned task successfully. Team Formation – Demo Project 2 There also will be a second demo project assigned to the individuals again but with different team members.
