Mental health is a major concern worldwide and India is not far behind in sharing this. If we evaluate the developments around mental health, the pace appears to be very slow. Lack of accessibility of proper treatment, stigma, treatment expense, privacy concerns are some of the unaddressed problems when it comes to mental wellness. Therefore we are trying to set up a one-stop solution for people who can find expert guidance with due respect to their anonymity at free cost. People are also given the choice to select the type of therapy they wish.
