Use drone swarms equipped with IoT sensors (for air, water, soil quality) and hyperspectral imaging, with data processing augmented by quantum algorithms to model complex ecosystems (e.g., predicting forest health, tracking pollution diffusion). Disaster Management & Resilience: To transform disaster response from reactive to predictive and proactive. Create a "Disaster Management as a Service" platform. Pre-Event: Use space-based data (satellite imagery) and IoT networks to identify risks (flood, fire, landslide).During Event: Deploy autonomous drone fleets for situational awareness, search & rescue, and communication relays. Post-Event: Use AI/quantum computing on damage data for optimal resource allocation and recovery planning.
