Gradright is an online website that connects students seeking educational loans with educational loan providers wherein educational loan providers look at the profile/educational qualification of the candidates and selects the candidates based on the potential for repayment and low risk profile of the candidates. It also helps the candidates to compare the lending terms and conditionals of various lenders at a single window and also provides the candidates with access to the database of Gradright allowing them to chose various courses from various universities across the world. Founded by a team of graduates from Indian School of Business, IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, ISB Hyderabad, BML Munjal University and University of Pennsylvania, GradRight masters and models student’s fundability in the absence of traditional credit scores. By 2025, GradRight aims to help a million students globally to be financially prudent using two main products: SelectRight is GradRight’s flagship product that merges the insights of a university counsellor and a financial advisor using data science. This results in a student getting aligned towards a course with high RoI, making it easier for banks to fund. FundRight is the world’s first student loan bidding platform to help students find their cheapest loan online without any branch visits, using fintech.
