GRAINPAD is a research and innovation company set up in May 2017 working actively on the use and implementation of techniques like Machine learning, Artificial intelligence and Robotics in the healthcare sector. GRAINPAD has invented an AI based healthcare assistant called ‘ZINI the healthcare AI’ for personal use of both patients and doctors that uses techniques like natural language processing to automate the medical history taking process and collect a patient's symptoms by asking relevant questions like a human doctor. In addition ZINI (the ai) can come to possible diagnostic conclusions and give much needed suggestion as to what next should be done by a patient in their particular situation. In addition GPL is working on a Project called Project ROBODOC, which intends to use Medical sensors, robotics and Computer vision techniques to collect patient health info like BP, pulse, oxygen saturation, height, weight and an overall health status. Our products and innovations can help reduce healthcare costs, increase penetration of healthcare services to all areas as well as better collect, utilise and analyse healthcare data of various kinds for both research and well as Policy making purposes and help everyone associated with the healthcare sector. We are in early stages and this recognition under the start up India program will help us get more recognition as well as support in the Start up ecosystem of India. We intend to scale our operation soon as well and this registration will be an important step in going forward towards our goals. Our Company is already employing a team of 8 to 10 full time engineers. We work in collaboration of doctors and engineers together to best implement our goals and innovations. In time this company will be a big recruiter of the skill sets involved in both healthcare and computer science sectors alike. We shall help new skill sets get the job opportunities they seek and help everyone grow and develop to the Next level of being.
