OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY: 1. To create an online marketplace and social platform for trading of any products and services between businesses to business and business to customers. To facilitate the same, company may own and operate website, mobile app, develop its own proprietary algorithm, machine learning, artificial intelligence etc. 2. To develop book-keeping, inventory management software and applications thereby helping the merchants to keep track of credit given to vendors, suppliers, and customers, maintaining logs of payment due dates, status of inventory, to monitor cash receivables from customers, vendors, and suppliers. 3. To develop e-procurement/ e-tendering software and web-based procurement solution for automation of all the tendering activities for government agencies and private sector entities. 4. To act as an aggregator, trader, agent, manufacturer, contract manufacturer, job work, Service provider of various industrial, commercial or house hold items/ goods and services with in India or outside India. 5. To create, own, operate, take on hire the entire business ecosystem which includes supply chain, logistics, warehousing, financial underwriting, after sales services, quality assurance etc. or any other incidents which is necessary to carry above objects with in India or outside India.
