To enter into joint venture, partnerships, or any diagnostic centers, healthcare and pharmaceuticals production, anti tuberculosis medicine, production research and production activities in India or abroad and engaged in wholesale, retail trade of medicines opening of drugs stores/chemist and realization of export/import transaction. 6. To carry on the business of dealers in surgical equipments, appliances, accessories of all types & description. 7. To carry on the business of dealing in medicine for livestock and agricultural use such as internal and external drops, ointments and lotions, for external use only, vialling bottling, packing, repacking of ointments, capsules, syrups, tablets, injections, aerosols, powders, paste and other forms of medical remedies. 8.
