Human activities have significantly increased the carbon dioxide content in the atmosphere by 50% in less than 200 years, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels. This rapid release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere far exceeds the rate at which it can be naturally sequestered through processes like weathering, leading to a substantial increase in average global temperatures and the acidification of oceans. Currently, the Earth is already 1.1°C warmer than it was in the late 1800s, and greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise. To limit global warming to 1.5°C, as outlined in the Paris Agreement, it is necessary to reduce emissions by 45% by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. While there are multiple solutions to combat climate change, such as reducing the use of fossil fuels, increasing renewable energy adoption, and restoring forests, reforestation efforts face various challenges. Reforestation is expensive, complex to plan, and difficult to execute. Success is contingent upon factors like weather conditions, pests, weed growth, and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, the opportunity cost of reforesting land is often higher than the current land use, posing a challenge for widespread implementation. Therefore, there is a need for a sustainable solution that allows for tree planting in a more efficient and cost-effective manner, addressing the limitations and challenges associated with traditional reforestation efforts. We have therefore come up with a unique solution which solves 3 problems - climate change (CO2 levels), land regeneration, livelihood as well as waste management. We offer Services to underutilized/barren land owners in the form of contact farming wherein we shall work on their land to make it fertile by composting organic waste, growing fruit trees that grow well in the specifc region(climate resilient) integrated farming for high value crops in the fruit farms and give them a share of the revenue.
