In their own words

Introduction:Green Earth Industries Private Limited is committed to promoting environmental sustainability and reducing waste through innovative recycling practices. This document outlines the tyre recycling process designed by our company to address the growing issue of discarded tyres, which pose a significant environmental hazard. Our advanced recycling technology aims to convert used tyres into valuable products, thus contributing to a greener and cleaner planet. 1. Collection and Inspection: The tyre recycling process begins with the collection of used tyres from various sources, including automobile workshops, tyre retailers, and waste management facilities. To ensure the efficiency of our recycling process, we sort the collected tyres based on size, type, and condition. 2. Pre-treatment and Shredding: Once collected, the tyres undergo a pre-treatment phase to remove any external materials like mud, rocks, and other contaminants. After pre-treatment, the tyres are fed into a high-capacity shredder, where they are cut into smaller pieces, typically chips or shreds. This shredding process is crucial as it increases the surface area of the tyres, making them easier to handle in subsequent steps. 3. Steel Wire Removal: After shredding, the tyre chips are passed through a magnetic separator to extract the steel wires embedded in the tyres. The recovered steel is then sent for recycling, reducing the need for raw materials extraction and conserving valuable resources. 4. Granulation and Fine Grinding: The steel-free tyre chips are further processed through a granulator, breaking them down into even smaller pieces known as granules. These granules are then subjected to fine grinding to reduce their size and ensure uniformity. This step increases the efficiency of subsequent processing stages. 5. De-vulcanization: To restore the elasticity and properties of the rubber material, the ground tyre granules undergo a de-vulcanization process. This process involves breaking the sulphur cross-links in the rubber, allowing it to be reprocessed as a raw material for various applications. 6. Refining and Reclamation: The de-vulcanized rubber undergoes refining to remove any remaining impurities, resulting in high-quality reclaimed rubber. This reclaimed rubber can be used in the manufacturing of new tyres, rubber products, or other industrial applications, reducing the demand for virgin rubber and promoting a circular economy. 7. By-Product Utilization: Throughout the tyre recycling process, various by-products are generated. These by-products, such as steel and other materials, are collected and sent for appropriate recycling or repurposing. This ensures minimal waste and maximizes the value obtained from the recycling process. Conclusion: At Green Earth Industries Private Limited, we are committed to creating a sustainable future by implementing an efficient and environmentally responsible tyre recycling process. Our tireless efforts towards innovation, waste reduction, and resource conservation aim to contribute significantly to a greener Earth. Through this tyre recycling process, we strive to play a vital role in reducing the environmental impact of discarded tyres while fostering a circular economy that benefits society and the planet as a whole.

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
