GRIHITUM PRIVATE LIMITED is a company incorporated on 16/01/2026 with main object as per MOA as under: 1. To develop proprietary metal–organic framework (MOF) adsorbents engineered for efficient, scalable, and cost-effective carbon capture across multiple industrial sectors, leveraging the high selectivity and low regeneration energy of MOFs. 2. To focus on high-growth, hard-to-abate industries such as cement, power generation, and heavy industry, where decarbonization pressures and regulatory incentives are rapidly increasing. 3. To advance research in the design, synthesis, and deployment of MOF-based materials for selective carbon dioxide (CO₂) capture from industrial point sources as well as from ambient air through Direct Air Capture (DAC). 4. To scale up the manufacturing of MOFs and associated components and commercialize modular, industrial-ready carbon capture systems based on this technology. 5. To design, install, and operate integrated MOF-based carbon capture solutions for carbon-intensive sectors including power, cement, oil & gas, and chemical manufacturing. 6. To deliver carbon capture solutions with improved energy efficiency and lower costs compared to conventional technologies such as amine-based absorption. 7. To support global decarbonization and net-zero goals by providing sustainable, environmentally responsible, and high-performance CO₂ capture technologies. 8. To establish strategic partnerships with technology developers, industrial stakeholders, and research institutions, while also promoting awareness of the opportunities and challenges associated with MOF-based carbon capture.
