we construct building by use eco friendly material, solar panels and led lights to reduce power consumption ,using iron furniture instead of making wood furniture to support sustainability of forest with basic amenities to support the scheme named "PMAY-G" home for all in rural areas. We improve our services by using Flyash ,Ashcrete is a greener alternative to concrete that replace use of traditional cement and recycled material used to do construction so that the cost of the project get reduced without compromising quality and functional requirement and support green initiative in future. We procure material from locally situate vendors and buy in bulks so that it reduce the cost of project and support the local vendors and lead to wealth creation of such vendor and reduce the transportation cost. We use data collection apps which help to gather faster, more accurate and improve safety compliance and instant reporting about the project. To satisfy the requirement of customer ,duration of project and independency about the projects we follow the contract costing for doing budget .it will allow the contractor to control the cost involved for Labour ,Material and other fixed expenses. We allow the labour to do work construction from within the state and outside the state lead to employment generation throughout the India. By considering the above factors the project completion with low cost so that we will sell constructed portions to many customers who want to buy the property with low cost and without compromising quality and customer requirement.
