GV Research Centers Private Limited (The Company) is developing project known as Synopolis (earlier Innopolis) located within Genome Valley-India’s fastest growing research and innovation hub. This project is an integrated Lifesciences R&D and manufacturing campus offering world class infrastructure solutions to Indian and multinational companies. Genome valley is home to 200+ companies with 20,000+ workforce. Spread across 9.2 acres, the Company combines design and functionality to inspire top-notch science, complete with a modern atrium that serves as a collaborative space. With the tallest buildings in the cluster, it is poised to be an iconic destination for research and innovation. The Company has the expertise to cater to the needs of innovation by offering Lab Space buildings on lease with the desired specifications to its clients. The first block of the Company i.e. building no. 2727with 1 Lakh sft of Lab Space is fully leased to M/s. Syngene Scientific Solutions Ltd. which is a leading contract research organization (CRO) with a workforce of 1500+ across two shifts per day. Similarly, the second block of the Company i.e. building 4545 with 1 Lakh sft of Lab Space is also fully leased to M/s. Syngene Scientific Solutions Ltd. and soon the fit-out works of this building will be carried out. Building no. 4545 shall also have the workforce similar to building no. 2727 i.e. 1500+ employees. The upcoming buildings are building no. 3600, building no. 4500 and building no. 2700. The overall workforce working at the project Synopolis belonging to the company GV Research Centers Private Limited will be approximately 5000+ employees.
