M/s. H&A Associates LLP, a Practicing Company Secretary Firm has been established by its founder partners Mr. Harinath Punna and Ms. Puli Akshitha. Partners Profile: Harinath Punna and Puli Akshitha are the founder partners of H&A Associates, LLP. They have distinguished exposure, immense knowledge and over 4 years of experience in corporate legal, secretarial, corporate restructuring, foreign collaborations and joint venture services. Puli Akshitha: She is a Commerce & Law Graduate (LL.B) and Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi and is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Management (Human Relations) from All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi. Services: Formation of Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs): 1. Formation of Private limited Companies. 2. Formation of Public limited Companies. 3. Formation of non-profit association/ Sec.25 companies. 4. Conversion of Proprietorship concern, Partnership firm into Private or Public limited Companies. 5.
