OnGrid was started in July 2016 by two IIT Bombay graduates with over 20+ years of combined experience in product, technology and finance. OnGrid’s vision is to modernize the way we engage with each other and establish mechanism to trust each other quickly. OnGrid is a digital trust platform which helps individuals verify their credentials and background so that they can access jobs, services, credit etc. We offer organizations a web and application based interface to onboard individuals, conduct background checks and verify their prior employment, education and references. Our algorithms build the history of an individual over time so that he/she does not have to go through same checks again and again. Once the people are verified, they can access various types of services such as jobs, loans etc.
