HanviTec Solutions started with a simple mission — to help small and medium businesses in India go digital without the confusion and high costs. As the founder, I’ve seen how traditional Indian businesses still depend on manual work, and I wanted to build something that could genuinely simplify their operations. That’s how Waitltez was created — a QR-based restaurant automation product built especially for Indian restaurants. It’s designed to improve customer experience and reduce dependency on service staff.
