As travellers and entrepreneurs we had faced several constraints while planning and booking for a trip, it may be office trip or family holiday trip or just a day outing in the resort. Even though there exists a lot of online portals to book hotel rooms, we found none of the apps or portals to answer our basic questions like Airport pickup, early check-in, extra bed, group discounts, specific room request, local trip or any other specific request we had. This led us to start working on a solution for travellers to get answers to their questions right from the stage of planning, searching accommodation, booking, before check-in and during the stay. We found that the staff at hotels and resorts are the right people to provide authentic and correct answers for the travellers’ question. In this endeavour, we are connecting the travellers and hotels directly through our HelloHotel Mobile App. HelloHotel is a step towards enabling the traveller to get answers directly from hospitality service providers like hotels, resorts, service apartments, homestays, travel agents, transporters, tourist guides. We are a team of entrepreneurs with over 30 years of experience in IT and Hospitality industry continuously working to provide simple and easy use solutions for the hospitality industry using the latest AI and mobile technologies.
