Harivaram Chattels and Hospitality Pvt Ltd, under the brand name YUGA (Your Unique Guruvayur Abode) is a hospitality venture operating a premium 30 key Four Star Facility hotel in Guruvayur Kerala. The company was created to address the clear shortage of professionally managed and Airconditioned accommodation, event management, Banquet Hall and Pure Vegetarian Restaurant options in major pilgrim destination, Guruvayur. Guruvayur receives millions of visitors every year but the availability of clean reliable and consistent stay facilities is still limited. YUGA aims to solve this problem by offering uniform service standards modern AC rooms digital booking options and an efficient operations system that ensures a high quality guest experience. The business is fully operational revenue generating and designed for long term scalability. The operating model focuses on service quality process driven hospitality and technology supported management which together help achieve strong occupancy and customer satisfaction. The concept and structure of YUGA can be replicated in other culturally important and high demand locations across India including Trivandrum (Thiruvanthapuram), Ayodhya, Madurai Shirdi, Kollur Mookambika, Thirumal and the Sabarimala region. The long term vision of the company is to build a chain of premium boutique hotels in Tier 2 and Tier 3 pilgrim and cultural hubs.
