Our business idea revolves around organizing the unorganized scrap market in India. We will establish tech enabled warehouses where we collect scrap materials from small scrap collectors, offering competitive prices and leveraging technology for transparency. By expanding to multiple cities and opening warehouses in each 3-4 KM and partnering with tech startups, we will streamline operations and track our environmental impact. Co-branding with other companies and offering franchises will help us reach new markets while promoting our sustainable products and practices. Our ultimate goal is to own recycling facilities and produce our own eco-friendly products, completing the vertical integration of our business and reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.
