Healing Haven Medcare Pvt Ltd is commissioning a 48-bed, digitally integrated secondary-care hospital in Babrala that brings urban-quality care within a 30-minute radius for 500 k people. The facility hosts a 24×7 emergency unit, modular OT, critical-care beds, tele-ICU, an in-house NABL-ready lab and pharmacy, all driven by a cloud EHR layer that unifies patient data from outpatient, inpatient and home-monitoring touch-points. Innovation. “Clinic-to-Cloud” Platform: A custom, lightweight EHR built on FHIR APIs and Hindi voice-to-text lets doctors capture vitals hands-free, sync prescriptions to the pharmacy and push follow-up reminders to WhatsApp without extra staff. Smart Ward: BLE tags and IoT vital-patches auto-log pulse, SpO₂ and temperature every 5 min, cutting nursing charting time by 45 %. Hybrid-Care Model: Video triage + on-site ambulance pooling slash door-to-needle time for cardiac cases to < 60 min. Sustainability Edge: A 30 kW rooftop PV + Li-ion micro-grid powers critical loads for 6 h, reducing diesel costs by ₹9 lakh/yr and CO₂ by 72 t/yr. Market & Scale. The addressable catchment spends ~₹110 cr/yr on secondary care, yet 68 % leak to cities. With one facility we target 10 % share in three years, then replicate the hub-and-spoke model in two adjacent districts using the same tech stack. Social Impact. By year-three we project 15 k OPD consults, 3 k admissions and 600 subsidised maternal deliveries annually, creating 120 local jobs and a tele-mentoring program for 40 village ASHA workers.
