आत्म Nurture Nutri Packed Oils is built with the core idea of promoting "Self Care". For us , right health and nutrition is the first and last priority. Self Care is important for healthy living. Right nutrition, right food, healthy work life balance, self healing, detoxification and purity were all key terms in our mind while building आत्म Nurture. We want to built an ecosystem of trust and accountability. The traditional method of oil extraction by bulls is replicated by our machines made of one of the hardest woods on earth i.e. Sheesham wood. Our oils are extracted at temperatures below 50°C and machines running at 2-4 rpm slow speeds which is exactly the same speed at which bulls use to move for oil extraction in earlier times. Our oils are extracted in wooden ghani using wooden churner thus our oils doesn’t come in contact with any metal parts while extraction. This procedure helps in maintaining essential vitamins like Vitamin E, Vitamin K, healthy fats like Omega 3 Fatty acids, Omega 6 Fatty acids and Omega 9 Fatty acids, minerals and other essential anti oxidants intact in the oil. Our oils are free from bad cholesterol and trans fats.
