Now, India is aspiring to be an economic & political super-power in the global arena by 2047, when she celebrates the 100 years of Independence. It’s the People of India who are going to realize this ambitious dream! And we need to unleash the Potential of the People of India, to be able to achieve this dream. How do we do that? Prime Minister of India recently highlighted the importance of Anusandhana (Research & Innovation), adding to the motivational slogans from eminent Leaders of India in the past. Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan (Lal Bahadur Shastri ji) – Highlighting the efforts of Youth & the Farmers in nation-building. Jai Vijnan (Atal Bihari Vajapayee ji) – Highlighting the importance of Scientific progress in nation-building. Jai Anusandhana (Narendra Modi ji) – Emphasizing the importance of Indigenous Innovation, to elevate India to its ancient glory, and to become a world-leader. So, how are we going to empower the People of India to embrace and live the Mindset of Indigenous Innovation? Since it’s our People who are going to be at the center of this National Transformation, it’s important that we unlock the following powers in each of them in a layered manner: (1) Develop a harmonious relationship with oneself & conducive inner environment within oneself, so that Individual Wellbeing & Consciousness is geared towards unleashing one’s creativity & innovation for nation-building! Numerous global reports indicate that the overall Happiness Quotient of people has been deteriorating drastically globally. People’s externally focused mind, powered by the enemies of the mind like attachment, anger, delusion, greed, ego and jealousy, are bringing about great emotional suffering, leading to numerous Non-Communicable Diseases like Stress, Hypertension, Diabetes, Cancer, etc to name a few. Social & Economic Impact: This human suffering due to the lack of harmonious existence is unfolding and impacting the social landscape negatively. People have poor relationship with oneself, with others around, and they are experiencing lower level of overall wellbeing. This is impacting how they engage in their family circles, and how they engage and contribute in their workplaces. A mind in the lower levels of energy cannot be effective, productive, creative and innovative at workplace. This is causing negative impact on the economic landscape of organizations and nations at large.
