STUDY-WHY WE NEED HERHANDS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM The global market is large and diverse. Brands in India and the US are targeting the samemarket and have a very different approach to marketing. In India, brands are using a more raditional approach, targeting women who are just getting married orabout to start afamily. In the US, brands are designing products and marketing to a younger audience. Onehing that is consistent across the board is the global initiatives to make products moreaffordable for women. These products are often still out of the reach of many women. Menstrual hygiene products are not a luxury but a necessity. But it mightseem that way tosome women. It’s not easy for women to buy sanitary pads, tampons, and panty liners.Many of the brands of these products are exorbitantly priced and women have to make hard decisions about which products they need to buy.
