Saraayat, a brand owned by Heritex Textile Pvt Ltd, is a chikankari brand that aims to promote and preserve India's rich cultural heritage while creating a competitive brand against cheap machine-made products. In addition to traditional chikankari work, we intend to infuse this art form with other cultural handwork, such as Kashmiri or Phulkari, to create unique and exclusive designs that reflect the diverse cultural landscape of India. In today's world, machine-made products have taken over the traditional wear industry, leading to a decline in demand for handmade products. Saraayat believes that this decline is not because people do not value traditional crafts, but because they are not aware of the beauty and elegance of handmade products. Our brand aims to change this by showcasing the beauty and elegance of traditional Indian crafts and creating unique, handcrafted products that stand out in the market. Our brand's focus on innovation and creativity is reflected in our designs, which are created by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, combined with modern design sensibilities. By infusing chikankari with other cultural handwork, we aim to create unique products that showcase the beauty and elegance of multiple art forms, giving our customers a new and exciting range of products to choose from. In addition to creating a competitive edge in the market, we also believe that our brand has the potential to generate employment and create wealth for people in rural areas, especially women. Our brand plans to support over 5000 small artisans in the next five years, providing them with a fair wage for their work. By working with women artisans who will create our products, we aim to empower women and promote gender equality. We believe that by supporting these artisans, we can help uplift rural communities and drive economic growth.
