Lately, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is endeavoring towards reduction of consumption and sale of foods high in Fat, Sugar, and Salt (HFSS) to curb the increasing menace of diseases linked with overweight and obesity. This is a challenge for food industry giants. In today’s fast-paced life with the easy availability of a vast variety of processed foods prepared using a wide variety of ingredients. So I am focusing to develop food products using natural ingredients, each with its own properties, this product is one of its kind. Therefore, the traditional technologies and ingredients used to prepare refreshing & healthy food products among all populations.
