Hexcarb Advanced Materials Private Limited is an AI-native advanced-materials company with a clear priority: thermal interface material (TIM) films are our main focus, while the Hexcarb Artificial Intelligence Engine is an ongoing program that continuously improves how we discover, make, and test products. We develop single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) and graphene products, starting with thin TIM films. Inside each film, vertically aligned nanotubes create direct through-thickness heat paths, while graphene spreads hotspots laterally; with engineered surface layers and optional bond-line control or pressure-sensitive adhesive, this lowers contact resistance, avoids grease-type pump-out and drying, and keeps performance stable under cycling so power electronics and artificial-intelligence data centres run cooler, denser, and more efficiently. The Hexcarb AI Engine captures production data, recommends formulations and machine settings, tracks lots, and automates routine checks; it shortens iterations, reduces variability, and helps us qualify with customers faster. Phase-1 is an incubation-led pilot using roll-to-roll coating and lamination. We will import nanotube/graphene inputs and perform manufacturing, conversion, and quality assurance in India, supplying rolls or sheets with die-cut and adhesive/bond-line options for drop-in use. As we scale, we will extend the platform to other nanotube products—fibres for sensing and conductors, battery-grade dispersions, refractory/thermal-protection materials, and additional thin-film architectures—reusing the same AI-guided process backbone. Our business model begins with materials sales and conversion/kitting, supports paid pilots and custom stacks, and later adds software licensing for the AI Engine.
