Due to the lack of a proper selling infrastructure, many farmers have abandoned cultivating native food crops. HOPES bridges this gap by providing a sustainable market platform for indigenous food items, both raw and processed. Our product range includes Chakrata Rajma, Barnyard Millets, Red Rice, Buransh (Rhododendron) Squash, Honey, Ghee, and many more, sourced directly from local farmers. We not only focus on traditional products but also innovate to create healthier, modern food alternatives that align with contemporary eating habits. Some of our innovative offerings include Himalayan Perilla Butter and fizzy drinks made from flower squash, which introduce a fresh perspective on indigenous foods while retaining their nutritional benefits. At HOPES, we are committed to sustainable agriculture, farmer empowerment, and conscious consumerism. By supporting native crops, we ensure better livelihoods for farmers, reduce dependency on commercialised farming, and encourage people to embrace a healthier lifestyle through natural and chemical-free food alternatives.
