The idea of this startup up was conceived few years back during the research the founders were conducting on fractionation of ligno-cellulosic biomass. the team of founders expanded to firm up it to reality. The concept is simple and well known i.e. ligno-cellulosic material which is abundantly available as agro and forest residue can be separated into three major fractions as cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. All the fractions have wide applications in industry and have big potential for value addition by converting into in valuable new materials. Innovation begins with fractionation process itself. The unique process developed separates out the said fractions economically into very high-quality raw materials which be further utilized to produce many existing products as well as novel product. We have chosen pine needles as feed for our process since it addresses multiple issues and offers solutions to multiple problems. First it is underutilized material, our process will convert it into high value products thus create sustainable wealth. Secondly it generates employment for the local people which can stop migration from hilly areas and potentially reverse the migration. Thirdly process being scalable, process plant will need large quantities of pine needles which means collection from large area eventually, will reduces the incidences of forest fires significantly even may eliminate to near complete. The process is ecofriendly, non-polluting, replaces carcinogenic ingredient chemicals in existing resins and biomaterials. Fourth is the products made will reduces the import loads also create export opportunities. In shorts it offers a great advantage on economic, social, environmental, sustainability and commercial fronts.
