Led by Dr. Muddu Surendra Nehru, MD (37 years of clinical practice), HOMA has built and deployed six live digital products covering AI-assisted lab report interpretation, patient management, nutrition tracking, and clinic operations. The company uses HOMA-IR and TyG Index-based screening — validated metabolic indices rarely used in Indian primary care — to detect insulin resistance years before a diabetes diagnosis, when it is still reversible. HOMA's clinical network spans 1,200+ doctors and 13+ medical colleges across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, alongside the Door to Door Diabetes Discovery (D·D·D) community screening campaign, which has reached 300+ villages. HOMA is now building a franchise model to scale this early-detection approach to metabolic clinics nationwide.
