We are developing automated logistic system for Hospitals and Production Units, It’s widely known as Pneumatic Tubing System - PTS. Pneumatic Tubing System will automatize the whole logistic system and makes it faster, secure and highly available. We also upgrade other manufacturer’s insufficient or outdated PTS to reliable, cost-effective system, and facilitate it the with state of art technology. PTS transfers material using pneumatic suction and pressure. Sending and receiving points are connected by 4 inch or 6 inch pvc pipe. Put material/test sample in the bottle shaped container after that place that container inside pvc pipe. A pneumatic blower on the other end of pipe will transfer the container to its destination. System has different components such as diverter valve, diverter, stations, set of smart softwares. This components will help the container to find its correct path in the complex network of tubes. The system complies the most aspects of industry 4.0. It has seamless and localized user interface. Communication between different components is done using WLAN/LAN, which is faster than traditional communication channel. Lean and independent software system leads to accurate operation. System has decentralized power system which reduces the delivery time. We are trying to make the product using indigenous components in order to make it cost effective.
