According to some surveys, 14 Lakhs (Yes!) students in India need to migrate each year from city to city, state to state for studies alone. Everyone leaving their familiar grounds to join favourite colleges or entrance coachings. This leads to : The Problem – of finding the right rental (Hostel, PGs or Rooms) to live as FACT! only 2% of the population is filled by Institute beds. So, rest rely on private offerings in totally new strange geography and sometimes even local language ignorance seems to create a havoc condition for freshers. Especially, for girls, the job of locating a rental becomes more difficult (Not everyone could wander houses to houses, knocking doors umm?). And many times rental found are not budget-friendly, if in the budget – too far from institutes (hate travelling! we know), or lacking general basics, hard to neglect often. So what’s the solution?
