HOTBALLOON FOODS is a chocolate manufacturing company working in Kerala. The vision of HOTBALLOON foods is mainly based on cocoa trees. Cocoa trees are a kind which grows superfluously in the hilly areas. But often, cocoa trees are not getting the value it deserves. And exactly there lies the importance of HOTBALLOON FOODS. Concomitant to facile availability, company is planning to use these cocoas to develop a Kerala’s own business. Integrating both farming and trading, company can contribute a good part to the Kerala’s economic development. Kerala is one of top Cocoa producer state within India. These cocoa beans are comparable to the best in the world in quality as well. Similar is the case of Coffee plants. Coffee plants grows superfluously in the hilly areas of south India, including Kerala (Kerala with 21% of total Indian Coffee production) Indian coffee is to be the finest coffee grown in the shade rather than direct sunlight anywhere in the world.
