Taraiu is based in the fertile Tarai region of Uttar Pradesh, where we grow heritage grains such as GI-tagged Kala Namak Rice and Bansi Wheat, along with turmeric, moong, & moringa.We also work closely with farmers across the Tarai region in the sowing of Kala Namak Rice, guiding them in adopting natural and sustainable farming practices. By ensuring farmers receive a fair price for their produce, we help them secure a dignified and sustainable livelihood.Our philosophy is simple: the more you give back to the soil, the more it gives back to you. We are dedicated to building soil health, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem, and strengthening rural communities by training and employing local farmers.
