HOUSEBRAINS.AI PRIVATE LIMITED is an AI-native architectural design platform that closes the architect–engineer gap in Indian construction. Tier-1 cities have registered architects and structural engineers; Tier-2/3 towns and India's 6 lakh+ villages have only contractors who build from hand sketches — with no structural plan, building-code check, Vastu validation or real cost estimate. We fix this: anyone can enter their plot and requirements in plain language and receive, in under two minutes, a construction-ready package — 2D floor plans (SVG/PDF/DXF), a 3D model (OBJ/GLB/IFC), photorealistic renders, MEP drawings to IS standards, an NBC compliance report, a Vastu score, and a region-aware CPWD cost estimate — from a ₹499 credit pack instead of ₹25,000–₹2,00,000 in architect fees. The innovation is a proprietary neuro-symbolic engine: large-language-model creativity constrained by rule-based engines for geometry, NBC codes, Vastu, structural grid and MEP, with an automated design critic that rejects any output below 95/100. It encodes India-specific intelligence (NBC, state DCRs, CPWD rates for 28 states, five Indian building typologies, 130+ paint codes) that a generic model cannot replicate. The model is highly scalable — the marginal cost of a new generation is ₹5–15 and a new country is ~one engineer-week — and creates wealth and employment by preventing 30–50% construction budget overruns, enabling a contractor/material-vendor marketplace, and generating direct jobs as it scales.
