At HR Brain HUB - We understand that being employable is not just about IQ or memorization of books, theorems, laws it is more than that. Having knowledge but lacking the will, confidence, vision, approach, right mentors, career coaches all contributes towards unemployability of that specific resource. What about EQ, most of the office politics and tussle is because we lack empathy towards each other. We have downgraded our EQ in the quest of IQ and yet we lack the basic ability to hunt a job. Right Job Search is more of a hunting process, it needs guided aggression with a keen eye on the opportunity with a basic understanding towards how to approach a job opportunity. At the same time recruiters are on the lookout for employable workforce but are strangulated because of the quality of talent. If we are unable to communicate and express as to how we can add value to the role, there won't be much of a conversation left to do. This divide among the fresher's and young recruiters hiring for entry level roles face immense challenge at their end which directly impacts the workforce planning of small and mid size organizations operating in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. These companies don't have the bandwidth in context to premium job boards, nor training and development personnel to hire and train the unemployable and make them employable. Hence, they also linger around with whatever comes their way which indirectly effects the consumer and company's overall performance. The question again arises and even with more depth that how this untapped talent pool is trained, mentored, coached, up skilled and embodied with positive and effective attitude and behavioral change. The answer lies within the problem and the solution is rendered in the most simplistic way possible. To surpass an interview and get a job, one must master who they are and what they want. We at HR Brain HUB help them in their journey of rediscovering themselves not only by providing them workshops (The 21 Step IPP| Resume Builder Workshops) , but equipping them with world class resume builder tool and a Job Portal accessibility so that we can connect with them with various recruiters and companies while having a progressive job search support catered to them. We believe these workshops that we have conducted recently have got a positive and a forward looking feedback, the beta version of our Resume Giffy Beta is Live and in next 3 months we will have a fully functional world class Resume Builder Tool ready in order to cater to the needs of Tier2 and Tier3 city students and job seekers. Along with the Resume Giffy SAAS Tool we will have 50+ recruiters and 100+ small and mid-size companies along with several colleges and training institutes on our Job Giffy SAAS Platform - A Job Opportunity Creating and Talent Connecting Portal. Recruiters, Candidates, Companies, Education and Training Institutes will be able to interact and learn from one another thus providing more transparent and inclusive environment filled with job opportunities that were under the water and unexplored now available to the reluctant talent pool.
