Hydromet Technology Solutions provide innovative processing solutions for extraction of strategic metals from lean and secondary resources which are commonly considered as waste. Our expert services are provided in the area of extractive metallurgy and specialty chemicals. We have well equipped R&D Division furnished with modern instruments and managed by highly experienced team of professionals. Our array of commodity experience includes copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc, manganese, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium, precious metals and rare earth elements. We carry out flowsheet development work in our R&D. Our process group does design and engineering of pilot/commercial plants. Plant commissioning is done by our operations expert. Our business model is unique wherein all services are provided under one umbrella. Our success stories include design, engineering and commercialization of technology for extraction of molybdenum and vanadium from spent petroleum catalysts. No primary resources are available in our country for these metals and steel industries which are the largest consumers are importing to meet their requirements for these metals. We have also developed innovative technology for extraction of manganese as electrolytic manganese metal (EMM) from low grade manganese ore. EMM is currently 100% imported to meet the growing demand of the steel industry. We are currently developing technology for extraction of metals from spent lithium ion batteries which has huge potential considering the growing market for electric vehicles. The recycling potential of such batteries for extraction of metals like lithium, cobalt and nickel is significant. We plan to set up our own multi metal manufacturing facility along with a demonstration plant in Sayakha Industrial Estate, a well-developed industrial area of Gujarat. Demonstration plant shall be a unique facility for process validation and commercial plant scale-up. It will meet ever growing demand of our industrial partners.
