The vision of IASBABA OFFLINE PRIVATED LIMITED even more stronger –‘ Enabling an aspirant located at the remotest corner of the country, in not only fulfilling his/her dreams of clearing the toughest UPSC/Civil Services Exam, but securing Rank 1’. The basic essence was to make it affordable, accessible and at the same time give the best quality. We started with 60 day plan (a Free initiative), which was an instant hit. In the first year of the launch itself, we could get a hit ratio of 40%. This created a lot of trust in the brand IASBABA OFFLINE PRIVATED LIMITED. But we knew, we had just achieved 1% of our potential. Then we launched TLP – Mains Answer Writing program, yet another free initiative which created a lot of followers organically. These two programs have become a brand itself till date. Infact all the initiatives of IASBABA OFFLINE PRIVATED LIMITED was made completely free including Current Affairs, to make it easily accessible to all. This gave us confidence to launch Integrated Learning Program (ILP) –a Flagship program of IASBABA OFFLINE PRIVATED LIMITED. This was the first paid program. ILP included all the basic tenets to make it a ‘one stop destination for upsc/ias preparation’. Infact this is our tagline as well. ILP included a Test Series (both prelims and mains), Value-added Notes (VAN) which replaced the basic books and a completely separate portal to make the navigation easier for the student. Standing true to our tagline and the vision, we made this program not only comprehensive but also very affordable. We priced it at 8000+ tax. We got more than 40 ranks in the 1st year of its launch itself. In 2016-17 we got 3 Ranks (AIR 4, AIR 6, AIR 9) in Top 10. This was our first step towards our Vision and after that, we did not look back. This completely revolutionised and redefined the way UPSC preparation was being done! Recently, a couple of days back (in the year 2021), we were interviewing a candidate for the State PCS personality test. It was a mock interview and the candidate belonged to a remote district of Uttar Pradesh. Due to COVID, we were forced to take a virtual interview. The candidate logged in through his mobile handset and we could clearly see an a wall in his background, with no plaster on it. The wall was a symbol of his struggles and hard work, with every brick standing as a testimony to the months and days spent in solitude, working hard through day and night, fall and spring through summer. When we started to pose questions, the Hindi medium aspirant made us awe with his articulation, clarity of thought and modesty. We felt as if we had achieved our goal already! While we are sure that the candidate will succeed in any examination that he faces in his life, his very presence in the competitive process is a validation of the vision that we had since day one of our existence - helping a candidate in the remotest corner having a shot at securing rank 1 in the civil services. In our almost 5 years of existence, we have time and again proved that our intentions and visions match with our offerings and performance. With a number of initiatives aimed at enabling the hard working and consistent players, we have come a long way. What we believe is that having a clear goal is hard, doing what it takes to achieve the goal is harder and continuing to maintain the quality of the effort is the hardest. This is what separates us and makes us unique! We have maintained the quality of our initiatives. From our free 60 day initiative for Prelims to the most popular answer writing programme for mains i.e. the TLP plan, we have consistently maintained high standards. Our flagship initiatives including ILP, TLP, PEP, IMP etc. have produced wonderful results because of our uncompromising dedication to quality. We have a big following and all of that is mostly organic. It is mostly through the IASBABA OFFLINE PRIVATED LIMITED portal and word of mouth that we have created an ecosystem of highly dedicated and sincere aspirants, mentors and teachers. We consider ourselves a big family where personal connections matter and support of all kind and scale is provided to the students, throughout their UPSC journey. We will continue to do so, come what may. Our approach is to make aspirants enjoy the journey. You will realise that we approach learning with lots of fun and humour, a philosophy reflected quite well in our cool logo.
