iboxz is a technology platform which connects everyone involved in a hiring process. iboxz is virtually partner to all entities be it a candidate, a consultant, a referral partner or a hiring company. We @ iboxz primarily align candidates towards ongoing or upcoming Interviews. So if a candidate decides give an interview today, we @ iboxz will ensure that their day doesn't go waste. We @ iboxz have a refer and earn program. This refer and earn is a serious affair with us. We @ iboxz also give the same opportunity to consultants as well. They can partner us and add humongous value to this exchange platform. We @ iboxz are a team of dedicated, experienced and efficient professionals working towards achieving our goal. iboxz has been founded by an ex Naukri.com, ex Ola cabs and ex cofounder of OYO rooms, Mr. Rohit Sinha . With over 12 years of experience in various technology based services, he has been able to conceptualize this. iboxz has started with BPO/KPO/Outsourcing domain in Delhi NCR region. We are trying to empanel all small and big companies in the industry. Our corporate and enterprise engagement team is working day in and day out to onboard companies, consultants and referral partners. We will soon endeavor into different domains and cities soon. How we do it. With more than 100+ referral partners and consultants, and their increasing numbers on daily basis, we expect to reach 1500 to 2000 referral partners in 6 – 7 months time. These referral partners have been specially chosen and onboarded based on their Domain/Industry exposure, so if we are hiring for BPO/KPO/Outsourcing industry these referral partners are from the same background. These partners are backbone to our platform as they understand the profile and nature of work they are referring for. They are our recruiters actually. Who benefits out of this. For candidates the most important factor is spontaneity, the instant interview scheduler actually helps a lot. This doesn’t make a candidate wait for an option to come along, they have now an option to grab an opportunity that is available. For hiring companies the most important thing is to fill up the vacant position as soon as possible. Imagine hiring for a batch of 50 candidates to be onboarded would normally take around 30 – 90 days time. With the partner base that we are building can fulfill these position probably in much less time and better efficiency.
