BACKGROUND A. The ‘IDBG AI DENT GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED’ is a private limited company incorporated w.e.f 12/12/2024 and the same is created by converting a registered partnership firm named as AI Dent. B. The promoter of the company (erstwhile partner) are Dr. Ishan Maheshbhai Dhruva and Bipinkumar Ramniklal Gandhi. Dr. Ishan Maheshbhai Dhruva is in a renowned dentist and running a clinic in the name of ‘Dhruva’s Dental House’ mainly in Bhavnagar (HO) and Pune for almost past 16 years. During the course of his practice, he realized the need of better, fast & affordable X-ray services which suggest the accurate treatment without the chance of any error and omission. This idea inspired him to develop a software ‘AI DENT’ by hiring the professional. The said software is exclusive property of the firm which is transferred to the company by virtue of conversion. C. The firm developed a software known as ‘AI-DENT-X-RAY’, cloud-based software using the AI in the diagnosis and trial run carried out and available on www.aidentglobal.com, commercial scale now will be by company. The software is developed by hiring professionals and the now by virtue of conversion of the firm into a private limited company, the company is owner of the software. The software is basically AI powered automated dental images and x-ray analysis software services combining Deep learning, cloud tech and deep dental expertise of different dental specialist and further the firm (company) is also in process of developing a software name AI Dent Tooth Fit which will be available as a Mobile app. A contract has already been signed for development and maintenance of the software with one software development private limited company. The said software development is now in advance stage and most likely the same would be ready for trail run by May-2025 and after completion of the trial run the final software is proposed to be launched in July 2026. The software is to perform regular oral health check.
