Idea Deck and Innovation Idea Deck identifies and builds products for niche areas in creating and spreading happiness through enhanced value in people’s celebrations. We work on simple but significant additions that exponentially add value to people’s celebrations but are missing in the market. We build fast and iterate frequently to enhance the experiences of our stakeholders by working with the best engineering talent. We measure our success in the happiness quotient built and we believe financial success will automatically follow. Having said that all the promoters come with proven financial discipline and building frugal solutions that doesn’t load resources unnecessarily. Idea Deck and Employment Generation Idea Deck would potentially generate large-scale employment in the following ways: Company Staff: Idea Deck will build a core engineering team and relevant operations and support teams to ensure the platforms are constantly updated to enhance customer experience and are always up ensuring seamless last mile delivery to our customers and partners. Providers: The supply side of the platforms – chefs, décor executives, performers and more get access to a large marketplace and increase their incomes by large margins. Aspirants: Aspiring professionals who want to become the providers on the platform will be trained and onboarded to the platform by the company creating future opportunities to thousands of aspiring providers. Vendors and Consultants: Idea deck’s journeys across the platforms will require the involvement of multiple outside vendors and consultants from various sectors – creating secondary employment generation opportunities needed to service a large client like Idea Deck and its platforms. We believe that Idea Deck platforms will grow to be the size of large Indian platforms in the food and lifestyle categories like Swiggy, Zomato and Urban Company generating significant revenues, employment and tax contributions to the economy.
